Guarantee
Unlike some exotic car rental companies, we do not bump a daily rental for a longer rental. When we confirm your reservation request for a particular vehicle on a particular date, we guarantee you will receive that rental. As the calendar can fill up quickly, however, we encourage you to make your reservation early in advance to secure the rental of your choice.

Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the rental price is required to hold a reservation. The deposit will be charged when we confirm your reservation request via phone and/or email.

Payment
We prefer VISA, MasterCard and American Express cards as forms of payment for rental deposits, damage deposits (preauthorization only), and rental fees. We accept cashier's checks and wire transfers on the condition that the full rental price is paid up front at the time the reservation is confirmed. Personal checks are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel or reschedule your confirmed reservation more than 3 weeks before the rental, you will receive a full refund of your rental deposit.
- If you cancel or reschedule your confirmed reservation more than 2 weeks before the rental, the cancellation fee is 10% of the total rental price.
- If you cancel or reschedule your confirmed reservation more than 1 week before the rental, the cancellation fee is 20% of the total rental price.
- If you cancel or reschedule your confirmed reservation 4 to 7 days before the rental, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total rental price.
- If you cancel or reschedule your confirmed reservation less than 72 hours before the rental, the cancellation fee is 75% of the total rental price.
- If you cancel or reschedule your confirmed reservation less than 24 hours before the rental (or are a no-show at the time of rental), the cancellation fee is 100% of the total rental price.
- Cancellation fees may be waived in certain circumstances (like inclement weather, etc.), but solely at our discretion.

Refund Policy
There are no refunds on vehicle rentals that are cut short, canceled or rescheduled due to certain uncontrollable circumstances (like inclement weather, etc.). We may offer you store credit for future rentals, but solely at our discretion.
