Delivery/Pick-up
Door-to-door vehicle delivery is included in the price of rental within 15 driving miles of our Tampa location. Clients are welcome to pick up the rental vehicle at our Tampa location as well.
Delivery between 15 to 30 driving miles from our location will result in a $50 delivery charge. Delivery beyond 30 driving miles will be determined and priced on a case-by-case basis.
Mileage
Each rental includes 100 miles per day. Additional miles will be charged at a reasonable rate depending on the car. Inquire when renting.
Damage Deposit
After a background check, a deposit MAY BE charged on a case by case basis. When the vehicle is returned, any assessed damage will first be billed against this deposit. If the vehicle is returned in its original undamaged condition, the damage deposit will not be charged.
Driving Area
Our vehicles may be operated only within the jurisdictions of Florida.
Prohibited Uses
We have the right to remotely disable and retrieve the vehicle at any time during the rental period if the vehicle is used to commit any of the following violations:
- for any illegal purpose or in connection with any illegal activity
- in excess of any posted speed limits
- on or near any racetrack, road course or unpaved surface
- for demonstration, rallying, racing, speed testing, endurance testing, drag racing or any other competitive purpose
- to tow or push anything
- to carry people or property for hire
- to teach someone how to drive
Tickets
The renter is responsible for paying all fees, penalties and costs resulting from the violation of any vehicular law, ordinance or regulation during the rental period. Any parking, speeding or traffic citations—including payment or proof of payment—must be turned over to us when the vehicle is returned.
Fuel Surcharge
The vehicle is preferred to be returned with a full tank of fuel. Otherwise a surcharge may apply. When you refuel, the highest grade of gasoline (93+ octane) must be used. If a lesser grade is used, a $500 fee will be charged.
